Bank of Asia brings for the first time an "independent" MasterCard brought in money earned online. With this initiative, Bank Asia is supporting Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS) and MasterCard.

What are the requirements for getting an independent card? 

 

To get the card, you must first contact the card division of a branch near Bank Asia. The link to the Bank of Asia branch can be seen here. Then:

  1. 12 copies passport size picture
  2. National ID card (original copy and 5 photocopy)
  3. Passport
  4. Charges are Tk500 (VAT 75 Tk), Tk 575 Tk.

Take these and go to a branch near you in Asia. The rest of the work will be done by the officer in charge of the card division.

What are the benefits of independent card?
